Krazy Kake for Kids

DESCRIPTION: This is a lot of fun to do with the kids and can be made into one cake or twelve cupcakes.

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

• 1/2 c wheat germ
  2 1/2 c whole wheat flour minus 3 tablespoons
  2 c sugar
  1/3 c cocoa
  2 tsp baking soda
  1 tsp salt
  2 T vinegar
  3/4 c vegetable oil
  1 tsp vanilla
  2 c water

Directions:

Sift dry ingredients into 9 x 13 pan. Make 3 wells, evenly spaced. The Vinegar, vegetable oil, and vanilla go into the wells. Add the water into the wells and mix until thoroughly stirred Bake 30- 35 min in a 325 degree oven. I usually mix in mixing bowl. Can make 24 cupcakes, bake 20 minutes or so.

Number of Servings: 1 Cake or 12 Cupcakes
