Ingredients:
½ tablespoon peanut butter
1 banana
½ cup milk
1/4 cup orange juice
½ cup greek style yogurt
1 tablespoon vanilla or chocolate flavored protein powder
1 tablespoon unflavored psyllium (fiber powder)
1 tablespoon groung flaxseed
3 or 4 ice cubes
Directions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
